Production Time
All grillz orders take 1–3 weeks to make (depending on the piece), counted from the date we take your mould or measurement and your payment is received.

Full payment is required before production begins — we don't offer partial payments or pay-on-collection. All sales are final; we don't offer refunds once payment has been made.

We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready. If it isn't collected within 2 weeks, we're no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration while it remains with us.

Dental Impression Scans
Upload a clear photo of your impression/mould before we cast your order. We'll review it and let you know if it's good to go.
Two short stages, about 5 minutes total. Go somewhere with good light, and don't stress about being perfectly neat — just follow these in order.

Mix the putty. Take equal-sized amounts from each putty tub and knead them together with clean hands for about 30 seconds, until it's one even colour all the way through with no streaks.

Shape it onto the tray. Press the mixed putty evenly into the tray provided — you've got roughly 1-2 minutes before it starts to firm up, so don't rush, but don't dawdle either.

Bite in, gently. Place the tray over your teeth and bite down with light, even pressure. Hold still and breathe normally through your nose for the time stated on your kit (usually 3-5 minutes).

Ease it out. Once it's set firm, gently rock the tray side to side and ease it out slowly — no yanking, it'll come away cleanly on its own.

Second step — the detail layer. Mix the second (thinner) material the same way as step 1, then spread a thin, even layer over your first impression.

Bite in one more time. Pop it back in and bite down again, just like before, for the time stated on your kit. This second layer is what captures the fine detail, so the bite doesn't need to be long — just steady.

Remove, box up, take a photo. Ease it out the same gentle way, pop it back in its case, and take a clear photo straight away.
